Study Supports Link Between Exercise and Longevity

A recent study supports the idea that there is a tangible link between physical exercise and longevity.  The difference between the life spans of those who did not exercise regularly and those who did is measured in years.  The age of the subjects did not make much of a difference; 80-year-old subjects who were active gained about one and a half years to their life span. The article solidifies what most people already assumed: exercise is good for your long term health.
